Refund and Exchange Policy

Return and Refund Policy for Glacia
At Glacia, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns -
In case, you are eligible for return, you have 7 business days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds -
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds right now. We are a small business and we ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. The product is inspected before shipping. 
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


Eligibility Criteria -
In case you receive a damaged product for any reason, we apologize for the inconvenience. You can return the product and you will be entitled to store credit in the case.


Exchanges -
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or different color product, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status after inspecting the item. 

Eligibility Criteria -
In case of – Wrong Size, Different colour product, and Different product, you are entitled to initiate an exchange. We will do everything from our end to make the whole transaction easy.  
Upcycle and Customise Order- In case you have place an order of a custom or Upcycle product, exchange is not available as the order is unique. At the same time error of wrong size and color is almost zero. 

Shipping -
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
